All sessions, group or individual, are completely confidential. Online sessions use secure, encrypted platforms and information is not shared with Partners, HR or the wider firm without your explicit consent unless required by law. Psychological safety is essential and every participant can speak freely knowing their privacy is fully protected.

Working with legal professionals requires a high level of discretion, professionalism and trust. Your privacy and confidentiality are treated with the utmost care at all times.

Client confidentiality sits at the core of my practice. All information shared, whether during consultations, sessions or correspondence, is treated as strictly private and handled with the utmost sensitivity.

I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and fully comply with UK GDPR, including the secure handling of personal and special category (health) data.

This includes:

  • Secure storage of all client records (digital and/or written)

  • Strict controls on access to personal information

  • Clear limits on confidentiality, explained before therapy begins

  • No disclosure of information without your explicit consent, unless required by law

As a member of recognised professional bodies, I adhere to established ethical standards, including maintaining confidentiality, obtaining informed consent and practising within my scope of expertise.
