THE PROCESS
Step 1: Free Initial Consultation
● A 60-minute virtual meeting where we talk about what’s going on for you ie. what’s working, what’s not and what you would like to change
● We will set clear, realistic goals for our sessions together
● Outcome: Agreement to proceed with the online 1:1 Cognitive Reset session of which there are only two available
Step 2: Tailored Plan
The session is planned based on your goals. Common issues include:
● Burnout and chronic stress
● Imposter syndrome or performance anxiety
● Sleep issues
● Focus, boundaries and work-life balance
HOW SESSIONS WORK
After a free Initial Consultation, the subsequent 60-minute session is confidential and online. They are relaxed, structured and entirely collaborative and are designed to help you reduce stress, reprogramme unhelpful thought patterns and reconnect with your sense of control and confidence. The session consists of:-
● A discussion on what has come up since the previous session, any progress or issues
● Guided deep relaxation and visualisations, reframing exercises or positive suggestions based on your goals
● We end with a short discussion on what came up and practical steps to reinforce change
● Additional sessions can be arranged and paid for as and when required
Burnout reduces performance, morale and retention in legal teams.
